I was fortunate to assist Matt Pretorius with the concept and presentation for the renovation of one of Cape Town's most famous restaurants, Cape to Cuba. I proposed the concept of reusing the existing materials to retain the quality of patina which everyone loves so much. I presented the concept of up-cycling the materials into new contemporary pieces.
